From now on all the SolusOS package changelogs will be available at http://changelogs./. This was a required infrastructure change for the new update manager. It will pull changelogs for both SolusOS and Debian repositories. The next step will be a patches server for delta packages.

Hi Chaps .. Heard your interview on the ‘Mintcast’ podcast, fascinating, .. i need to get going with a new distro. been using Linux since ’98 so I’ve seen a lot of changes. loved KDE for years.
- For last few years i’ve been concerned with running Linux on my laptops, concentrating on learning about power and thermal management, so i ill be trying SolusOS and let you know of any findings i have, if it helps. Main laptop here is a Early 2009 Macbook Pro (because i wanted a backlit k/b and metal construction)
that mainly runs Kubuntu and the Mactel tweaks.
Looking forward to this interesting distro.
Hey guys,
Heard you were in a new crib. Cool! I want some different “freshness” if you know what I mean.
Downloading. Will give it a spin and see what happens. I look to the new ideas and improvements here.
Report after my test drive.
What are ignoramuses like me supposed to do with/about these new changelogs?
Does this have something to do with software updates becoming impossible?
Thanks
Alan Kerns
Its provided for two reasons.
Hi, I also caught your talk on mintcast. I have to say I hadn’t tried the distro at that point but have since and wow the RC2 is so rock solid for me on. I’m so excited about this distro. I basically test every distro (sometimes every version increment) that goes up on distro watch but lately I’ve been content to stay with Solus.
I love the distro and I know once out of RC mode this will be my primary OS.
Thank you very much Dominic
I hope we can keep you happy ^^
